Focus on What’s Wise
In 25 years of consulting and coaching I've observed how people approach situations, problems and solutions.
And one thing I've noticed is this: the best solution to a situation was seldom getting more knowledge.
We already had plenty and besides, we could find more with a quick search (and now AI tools).
We seldom had a lack of knowledge.
The problem was almost always a lack of wisdom.
While knowledge would say 'Here is a piece of information, a solution, an answer', Wisdom would ask 'In this situation, given these parameters, what would the best options be not just now but for the longer term?'
The smart person is quick with the answers.
The wise person is slower and tends to ask better questions.
Focus on being wiser.
