I develop and provide fully customised programmes that often combine short workshops with one to one coaching. This means less time away from work on long workshops, and more time working on practising and using the skills day to day to achieve results. We deal with current, real scenarios and in the process clarify strategy, mindset and personal learning as well.

For people who are busy (and who isn't?!), coaching is a very time-effective option because it means less time away from work.
Typically, I work with someone for between four and eight coaching sessions. This is usually once a week or fortnight, over an agreed period, depending on the subject and need.
Coaching will always focus on the live situations you're currently facing. You'll get fully focused, individualised attention in small, actionable bites. We'll target sessions to the specific areas you want to progress so you can start to apply strategies in your professional life immediately.
